It was just a balanced option for a brief stop-in in Exeter with definitely value for money. The evening view from the rooftop was exceptional, which made for a nice surprise.

I had a great time being able to walk to Exeter Cathedral, which is around 4.5 km away, and the nearby Ludwell Valley Park, less than a 5-minute walk, which was a lovely spot for some fresh air during my trip. the hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a single traveler like me who loves city strolls.

Parking is a hefty £12 per day!!! Wi-Fi access shouldn’t incur extra charges – it's not exactly a luxury hotel!!! Missing amenities are frustrating and cleaning could certainly use some fine-tuning. A bit more thought would go a long way!!!

I had a delightful stay, especially enjoying the breathtaking views from the top-floor restaurant while savoring a lovely breakfast. The modern design and cleanliness of the room provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Exeter. I felt that the parking fee was a bit excessive given the hotel's location.

The bathroom featured privacy glass, which made it awkward for sharing and caused the entire room to light up at night when someone used the toilet. the front desk staff were unfriendly at times, making us feel unwelcome. I left with a sense of regret as I expected a better experience considering the hotel’s reputation.

Absolutely loved the Hungarian beef stew I tasted nearby—proper hearty stuff! Plus, the breakfast was top-notch and the staff at breakfast were genuinely friendly. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained areas added to the vibe.

The restaurant service was a real letdown. we waited ages for our drinks and starters, leaving some guests no choice but to walk out. having glass walls in the bathroom wasn’t ideal for sharing—definitely felt a bit cheeky!

This place is super clean, def the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in! The breakfast views were gorgeous, and the 24hr gym was a nice touch. Service was amazing at the front desk, but I had a bit of a letdown at the bar. Not many shops around, but it’s a quick walk to Tesco.
